How to track your order?

Once your order and payment are validated

You receive a first email confirmation of your order to the address you provided when you registered.

When your order has been processed and shipped

You will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In this second e-mail, you'll find a  tracking number for your order . By clicking on the link to track your order (Colissimo or Fedex) placed in the e-mail and entering the tracking number in the space provided on the website, you can  track your package.

Follow your order  in your personal area "My Account":

You can track the status of your order online in the "History and details of my orders" section of your personal space.

History

Your order could be:

  • In preparation: your order is being prepared by our logistics service.
  • Dispatched: we notify you by email when delivered to our carrier.
  • Delivered: The order has been received, the invoice was sent by e-mail.
