What payment methods are accepted by velds.fr?

Our online store currently only accepts bank cards.

What are the average delivery times?

The delivery times vary depending on the destination. For metropolitan France, the delivery time is 3 working days. For Western Europe, the average delivery time is estimated at 5 working days. For other destinations, you should count 8 working days.

What are the average delivery costs?

The delivery costs depend on the destination and the purchase amount. In France, they are € 10 (except for special offers). Delivery is free for purchases of € 100 or over. For Western Europe, delivery costs are € 20 and delivery is free for purchases of € 150 or over. Finally, for other destinations, delivery will cost you € 35 and will be free for purchases of € 200 or over.

Can I order Veld´s products and have them delivered anywhere in the world?

Veld´s delivers its products to many countries in the world. However, there are a number of exceptions. You will find the complete list of countries when you place your order.

The delivery deadline stated for my order has passed and I still haven´t received anything. What should I do?

Contact Customer Services on +33 (0)1 44 76 00 00. They will give you the tracking number for your parcel and will take the necessary steps to ensure that your order is delivered.

Where can I find the complete list of the ingredients found in Veld´s formulas?

You can consult the composition of each Veld´s product, by clicking on its name in the navigation bar on the right of your screen in the "THE RANGE" section. Then click on the "Ingredients" box.

How can I find my nearest retail outlet?

Go to the "STORE LOCATOR" section at the bottom of the navigation bar on the right of your screen. Then enter your country and you will be guided to the nearest retail outlet.
